Stop Making It Weird™, LLC began as a campaign to combat our own "weirdness" in attitudes, beliefs, and actions toward people with disabilities.
With more than 30 years of combined experience in the disability field and a passion for social justice, we provide consulting and training services to businesses (for profit and nonprofit) that are open to having tough conversations and doing the work necessary to create inclusive work cultures.
Our services include in-person and web-based training and consultation to companies, teams, leadership, and employees at all levels. Our goals include increasing awareness, understanding, knowledge, and the ability to apply techniques and approaches.
Training and consultation may focus on topics including (but not limited to) diversity, equity, and inclusion; disability and disability services; strategic planning, facilitation, and team-building; and other leadership/management topics.
